Laura’s innate classic style transfers seamlessly to modern and traditional spaces. Alix's love of travel, culture and community speaks to her passion for working with a diversity of clients. When she’s not overseeing the KBN office, you can find Alix in the great outdoors—hiking and soaking up nature. She loves the fall in the Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone's thriving art community, yoga and bluegrass music. When summer unfolds, she heads to her family farm in Harbor Springs, Michigan where she revels in the small town lifestyle and beautiful Lake Michigan.

We are in the business of turning houses into homes and providing packages that are customized to reflect you and your vision. Our designs transform your home into something truly unique while our timely processes and attentive service make your project experience simple and fun. With her degree in Business Administration from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, Laura has the expertise needed to coordinate KBN Interior's office operations effectively. She has an excellent eye for detail and loves being a part of a creative team with fearless leaders to learn from. Laura went on to work for Tile Collection, where she designed kitchens and baths—working with a full-scale remodel crew that managed the execution of her designs. This led to a position with New Old, a custom homebuilder, where she was the design project manager.
We also wanted to explore the options for a semi-open concept between our kitchen and living room, but weren't sure what would be best. The design and construction aspects were handled quickly and we didn't have to worry or think about anything. Being able to have the confidence that the jobs were going to be completed not only on time, but to a high quality, was worth it completely. From the first meeting to the final reveal, our goal is to make the process easy and exciting, while offering design solutions and material selections that speak to your individuality and dreams. With over 30 years of industry knowledge and experience, Peridona Designs delivers attention to detail with personalized service to every design project. Together, we find your unique style so that every time you come home, you see a true reflection of yourself.
